Whether you choose to holiday, lend, reside, or rent out your property, the PHFC offers unparalleled freedom and convenience year-round.

  • Annual building maintenance charge included in Monthly Club Membership fee.
  • All electricity provided during periods of residency (subject to a fair usage policy)
  • All gas provided during periods of residency.
  • All mains water provided (drinking water delivered at additional charge)

  • Monthly/End of Stay Accounting and Billing Service
  • Membership of the Paradise Hill Owners Club with bi annual meetings with the property developer and management team to discuss club benefits for the future and to iron out common disputes. A club committee will also be appointed to deal directly with owners in relation to individual ownership or club membership issues with legal arbitration in the unlikely event that it is needed.

Option 1: Buy to Holiday

For those seeking a tranquil escape, this option allows owners to enjoy their property for holiday stays while maintaining complete peace of mind. For a standard membership fee of £95 per month, you will benefit from secure year-round access to your property and an annual 4-week holiday allowance for you, your family, or friends. Relax knowing your property is in good hands even when you’re away

Option 2: Buy to Temporarily Reside

Extend your stay and enjoy the flexibility of residing in your property for an unlimited number of weeks each year. This membership tier includes the basic £95 per month fee, plus £150 per week for the weeks you choose to reside in your property. For example, a couple spending three months a year in Egypt would pay £250 per month during their stay and revert to the basic £95 per month fee when the property is vacant or rented out. Option 3: Buy to Live

Experience the ultimate in permanent or long-term living. Owners over 60 can reside year-round without visa restrictions, while those under 60 can secure visas ranging from 3 months to 5 years at minimal cost. For just £250 per month, couples can enjoy the all-inclusive Paradise Hill lifestyle, making permanent residency or extended stays both affordable and hassle-free.

Option 4: Buy to Rent

Maximise your investment by placing your property in the Paradise Hill rental pool. Operated as a fully serviced aparthotel, this option allows Member Owners to generate income for any weeks they are not residing on the Hill. Rental income is shared equally (50/50) between the Paradise Hill Rental Management Company and the property owner. While rentals depend on demand, properties in the pool for at least 10 months a year could achieve up to 100 days of rental income, with maintenance and rental services managed entirely by the company. Example rental returns include:

  • Studio: $100 (£80) per night, returning £40 per night to the owner.
  • One Bedroom: $125 (£100) per night, returning £50 per night to the owner.
  • Two Bedroom: $150 (£120) per night, returning £60 per night to the owner.

During rental periods, the Core Maintenance Charge remains payable, but rental income offsets these costs, with surplus income credited to the owner.

  • Refer 1 new purchasing member: Receive 1 year of free core maintenance charges.
  • Refer 2 new purchasing members: Receive 3 years of free core maintenance charges.

Annual Membership Fee Discounts
